Processing time varies, as I need time to prepare each order. For details, see individual items.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Shipping times depend on the item(s) in the order, but usually items ship 1-2 weeks after an order. Pre-orders are excluded, and instead vary batch to batch. Check your email for updates, and feel free to ask any questions at skellemancerarts@gmail.com
Pick Up Service
Pick up only available at very limited times at very specific conventions. Reference list of upcoming conventions (if any) and email at skellemancerarts@gmail.com to discuss about possible pick up after purchasing online. Shipping will be credited when applicable.
Return & Exchange Policy
I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. However, if there is a problem with your order, please contact me at skellemancerarts@gmail.com with your receipt and we will try to work something out that will be best for all involved! Partial refunds may be given due to package loss; this is on a case by case basis.
